Дирекция фан-клуба Gwella-Gwen Model, куда собственно входит директор, заместитель директора и команда дирекции - несёт распорядительные функции и назначает или отчисляет из фан-клуба членов администрации. Дирекция может быть представителем Gwella в узких кругах фан-сайта. Директор фан-клуба не может назначаться или отстраняется от данной должности никем кроме самой Gwella или её представителем. Обоснование отстранения должны быть серъёзными и обязательно в письменном виде. Преемник назначается из заместителя директора или же из администрации, при этом стаж должен быть не менее полутора лет. Заместитель директора и члены команды назначаются и отстраняются от должности директором фан-клуба. Администрация может отстраняться от должности дирекцией фан-клуба при несоблюдении устава.
Администрация набирается дирекцией из наиболее активных участников фан-клуба, внесших существенный вклад в продвижение фан-сайта Gwella-Gwen Model, а также взявших на себя обязательства в пополнении фан-сайта необходимой информацией или по протекции Gwella. Набор администрации может выполняться в виде исключения самой администрацией, но не чаще чем раз в пол-года и обязательно не менее, чем двумя членами администрации. Дирекция фан-клуба может быть извещена об этом в течение месяца.
Члены клуба, нарушившие устав, или распоряжения дирекции, отстраняются от административной деятельности.
